Dual Career and Integration are main aspects of successful international recruiting. The TANDEM project, funded by the European Commission, is a collaboration of EURAXESS members, who are investigating those recruiting aspects. The aim of the two-year project is to optimize the mobility of researchers within European Countries, in particular to find and reduce mobility obstacles. The TANDEM project team consists of interdisciplinary and transnational members, including employees of the Office for Faculty Affairs. Further information is available on the TANDEM website. If you have any questions on this, please contact Madeleine Luethy, Dual Career Advice.

The Office for Faculty Affairs has outlined the recruiting and appointment process of Professors and its development at ETH Zurich in a faculty handbook.

We would like to present the EU Report 'Structural change in research institutions: Enhancing excellence, gender quality and efficiency in research and innovation' of the European Commission. Dr Thomas Eichenberger, head of the Office for Faculty Affairs, was part of its expert group on structural change.
